Hatcher Village Condos are a small 20-unit community. They are a mountain retreat off the beaten path, but being at the corner of two paved roads makes it safely accessible in all seasons. It's only about a 10-minute drive to the activities and attractions of Pagosa Springs. It is located just off of Lake Hatcher near the majestic San Juan National Forest. Just a short short drive takes you to the Piedra River where you can enjoy amazing hiking trails and superior fly fishing. The condominiums are located off of Highway 160 on Piedra Road/County Rd. 600, just seven miles from the Pagosa Hot Springs and 30 miles from Wolf Creek Ski area.
